HOW TO ORDER

Do drop us any queries and we will answer your curiosity as soon as possible.

And for ordering, just email you’re your name, the order code, your address and your contact number. Upon receiving your order, we will check to ensure that the styles you ordered are in stock. We will then send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions.

Our order processing also works as a pre-order sales. For those clothes which out of stock, we can pre-order. We collate orders to the dedicated date, so please ask for the date and ensure that your orders reach us before the dates. If you miss the dateline, we will automatically push your order to the next batch.

Deposit of half of the full amount is needed upon placing your order. Please take note that deposit is non refundable. Upon receiving your payment, we will process your order, have the item shipped to us and then delivered to you.

Once we have received the stocks, please pay the remaining balance and we will send the dresses or tops to you. The waiting time can be up to 4 weeks. Please give us some time to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

THE PRODUCT

We try to make sure that all information on Oh Dress! including descriptions of our clothes and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of clothes we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on Oh Dress.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:
-the colours which are shown for the clothes on Oh Dress! will depend on many factors – including your display settings;
-all sizes and measurements are approximate;
-all clothes are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
-any delivery estimates given are estimates only;

We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact. Due to the fabric's elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm. We made efforts to display the colours & provide the the measurement size as accurately as possible.

Clothes photos uploaded on Oh Dress! are for reference only. Actual clothes might not be 100% identical to the photos.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods sold are non-refundable.

We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. Customers can only exchange for items if:
-The design, size or colour of item we delivered is not what you have ordered.
- If the size you have ordered does not fit.

Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.

Apparels with one size (free size) are not allowed for exchange. Should you wish to exchange this for other designs, you are only allowed to purchase any items from our website with a higher value than your item that you wish to exchange for. Please be informed that customers have to bear the shipping costs in sending and returning of the products. We regret that no cash refund is allowed.

Please clarify all doubts before the order is made.

We appreciate that the payment to be made within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Otherwise we have to cancel your order.

DELIVERIES

For ready item, you should receive your order in approximately 2-3 working days once the order is received and confirmed. While for those pre-order clothes, we will send out after the confirmation of the money transfer. The waiting time can be up to 4 weeks as orders usually take 3 weeks to ship. Please give us some time to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

Please add in a RM5 at West Malaysia and RM8 at East Malasyia fee for postage. And good news for orders of RM150 and above, postage's absolutely free. For order 5 items and above, we may meet up at a convenience place. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order.

All clothes will be inspected and packed well before delivery. Therefore, we do not bear the responsibility on any damages of the product caused during the delivery.

In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is out of stock, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
